i just did my running around my estate. since its called woodlands circle, i ran around the circle in the middle.lol. so i made a wild guess that each round is 800m. cause after 3 rounds, i felt the tiredness creeping in me so it should be 2.4km already. i did 3.2km before with bronco company but at a slower pace so this time, i jogged at my 2.4km IPPT pace which is much faster though. after 3 rounds, i had another round but this time, i walked because i need to cool down.

went to the fitness corner near syafiq house and did 10 pull ups and 4 ranger pull ups. then i moved to my lower part of my body and did 15 improvised crunches and 10 normal crunches. my stomach feels like exploding but no pain no gain. lol.

since i got nothing better to do, rather than go home and turn on the laptop, i made a schedule to train myself. so i can lead a healthy lifestyle as i too dont want to go back to my old self. so its going to be running for one day and skipping for one day basis. for example,

monday-joggingupper body training
tuesday-skippinglower bodytraining
etc etc.

and i planned to condition myself with 3 rounds for this week and add another for the next week.

had fun during the RP course with haziq, aiman and hisham. haziq and hisham were from my ITE school days and aiman is my primary school friend! so whenever they gave us lunch break, we will meet hisham at level 3 and smoke with him. he is so fucking funny and fucking big. we called him DARK because i added him last 2 years ago at friendster and his profile name is DARK -_- lololol!!

hisham is fucking huge i tell you. huge and tall at the same time. sometimes when we disturbed him, he would fucking elbowed us behind and his hand is like the weight of 10 kg dumbell. since we are connected to him, his bestfriend who happens to be our SGT, aimed us just now for GUARDS demonstration. he would called our names and demonstrate. freaking funny cause we had to do it at the stage. then we were like "siao on" and shout HURGH!! everytime he said On Guard! then we also like to disturb Sgt Alex because he reminds me of my Platoon Sgt last time and i was called to sit in the front to watch a terrorist show because i said,

"Sgt cannot see ah. close all the light lei"

then hamzah which we called Dark 3 because he is also huge like fuck and fucking funny liked hisham too, he said,

"Sgt! im afraid of the dark ah!"

he was called to sit behind me with his legs wide opened. like WTF?! the whole syndicate 1 and 2 were laughing hysterically behind us. LOL :P

we went home early today because our performances were good. we took the bust 187 home and it reminds me of the days i had in ITE bukit batok. me and haziq planned to go back there just to eat the delicious chicken chop lol. insya allah.
